Long-standing trainer Keith, who has more than 25 years of coaching under his belt, wants to hang up his gloves a but not before he can find volunteers to step into his shoes and keep the thriving club alive.

Keith made an appeal in the Gazette around a year ago for additional support, because he feared the amount of time he could spend at the club was shrinking.

But Keith is still keen to attract more

Potential helpers would not need boxing experience and would be shown the ropes and guided through coaching courses.

The club train at Hadston Community Centre on a Tuesday and Thursday night, from 7pm.

Anyone interested in helping should come along to a club night.
